I strongly believe that we need support in our lives. Sometimes the support of friends and family is adequate for us, and sometimes we need greater support.

People come to individual therapy for a variety of reasons, with a desire to change in some way. You may be dealing with feelings about historical events, fear about future events, or pain about current events, like major life transitions. All of these can be painful, confusing, anxiety provoking, and beyond.
